Pair with foie gras and walnuts or with lemon tarts to enhance the citrus flavours on the finish. To be enjoyed on its own as a liquid dessert or as an aperitif. A dessert should not be sweeter than the wine or the wine will appear drier than it actually is, thereby losing the luscious sweet taste that is so characteristic of a dessert wine.
