TASTING NOTES:
On the Nose: Dry cherry with notes of crushed sage.
On the Palate: Rich dark fruit & cherry flavours overlaid with sweet port-like fruit notes. Very soft tannins with a long lingering sweet finish.
Serving: To be enjoyed on its own as a liquid dessert or as an aperitif. It is important to remember that when pairing dessert wines to food, the dessert should not be sweeter than the wine or the wine will appear drier than it actually is, thereby losing the luscios sweet taste that is so characteristic of a dessert wine.
