Chateau Deyrem Valentin 位於法國波爾多Margaux產區，在中級酒莊聯盟（L'Alliance des Crus Bourgeois）2012年發佈的中級酒莊（Cru Bourgeois）名單中榜上有名。Jancis Robinson在2010年份波爾多選購指南中，評價Chateau Deyrem Valentin為性價比最高的波爾多酒莊之一。Wine Advocate 評價這款酒是最为經典的瑪歌風格。
Chateau Deyrem Valentin的歷史頗為久遠，可追溯至1730年，Deyrem Valentin是第一個擁有者的姓氏。在經歷200多年的興衰浮沉後，於1928年被Sorge家族買下並經營至今，1938年Sorge家族想要擴大生產規模，於是從鄰居Chateau Palmer手中購得部分種植著老藤的土地。目前 Jean Sorge是莊主，與兩個女兒Sylvie和Christelle共同打理酒莊，酒莊的葡萄園毗鄰瑪歌產區最著名的“grands crus”—Chateau Margaux。Sorge家族非常尊重葡萄園的風土條件，結合了傳統的釀制工藝和新技術，力求釀制出優雅精緻葡萄酒，酒莊擁有接近100年的老藤葡萄，是波爾多最古老的葡萄藤之一。而這款Chateau Deyrem Valentin是酒莊的正牌，其中選用了樹齡超過70年的老藤petit verdot來釀造，使得這款酒別有風味。酒莊從田間管理到採摘全部採用手工操作，2013之後酒莊引進了新的設備後，使釀酒葡萄達到逐粒精選的水準，高品質的葡萄酒卻並不高價，可謂是瑪歌產區性價比最高的酒莊之一。
