Custoza Superiore doc - Cà del Magro is extremely adaptable to the table of every season and over time proves to be a wine of exceptional evolution. The grapes are fermented at low temperatures (cryomaceration) in steel for a natural enhancement of the aromas and thus also allowing the reduction of added sulphites. The drink is inviting, harmonious and elegant.
The over 30-year-old vineyard provides this wine with minerality and charm: a unique character recognized by many national and international guides. It has received the prestigious TRE BICCHIERI award on the Gambero Rosso guide for 12 years.
