 Wine Advocate REVIEW
‘A 100% McLaren Vale blend aged one year in 90% new American oak, the deep purple-black colored 2012 Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz shows beautiful black fruit, warm cassis and mulberry notes with a spot of preserved plums, anise and yeast extract. This very spicy, very big and full-bodied wine is rich, viscous and concentrated. It finishes long and just a little warm. Drink it now to 2020+.’ - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, www.erobertparker.com

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
Upon smelling this wine, your senses are immediately drawn in by a bouquet of deep blueberry, rich plum and coffee. These prominent fruit flavours are closely followed by chocolate and lustrous licorice spice with creamy vanilla constantly weaving its way through. This beautifully balanced wine is a classic representation of our Blue Eyed Boy: truly a vibrant, ripe, and indulgent experience.
